Tie front blouse has tiny elastic at the wrists which puff out the sleeves just a bit. The fabric has a slight sheen and an organza feel. Great on its own or over a tank and skinny pants. Also looks great with a sleeveless jumpsuit or dress for a little coverage and added style.
